At PINK IRON FITNESS & PINK PILATES LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness and wellness services. By purchasing a gym membership or Pilates package, you acknowledge and agree to the following No Refund Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

All gym membership fees, enrollment fees, recurring membership payments, Pilates packages, class packages, private session packages, and related purchases are non-refundable. Once a purchase has been completed, no refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers will be provided except where required by applicable law.

2. Unused Services

Failure to use a gym membership, attend classes, schedule sessions, or utilize purchased Pilates packages does not entitle the member to a refund, partial refund, account credit, or extension.

3. Membership Cancellations

Members may cancel their memberships in accordance with the terms of their membership agreement. Cancellation will stop future eligible billing but does not result in a refund of any fees already paid.

4. Pilates Package Expiration

All Pilates packages must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. Any unused sessions remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and are not eligible for refund, transfer, credit, or extension unless approved in writing by management.

5. Medical Conditions, Relocation, or Personal Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted due to injury, illness, pregnancy, relocation, work schedule changes, travel, family obligations, or any other personal circumstance that prevents attendance. At management's sole discretion, a membership freeze or package extension may be considered in limited circumstances.

6. Non-Transferability

Gym memberships, Pilates packages, classes, and private sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased them unless otherwise authorized in writing by management.

7. Facility Closures and Schedule Changes

PINK IRON FITNESS & PINK PILATES LLC reserves the right to modify operating hours, class schedules, instructors, equipment availability, services, or facility access. Such changes do not entitle members to refunds or credits.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing any membership or package, the member agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered or made available under this agreement. Any billing concerns should be addressed directly with management before disputing a charge.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

Any exception to this policy is granted solely at the discretion of PINK IRON FITNESS & PINK PILATES LLC and must be approved in writing. Any exception made in one case does not create an obligation to provide similar exceptions in future cases.

Member Acknowledgment

By purchasing a gym membership, Pilates package, class package, or any related service from PINK IRON FITNESS & PINK PILATES LLC, the member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy and accept that all sales are final.
